Most decorated minister

John Weir Foote, a Protestant minister, received the Victoria Cross during his service. This may make him the most decorated minister in Canadian military history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Foote

A single award does not make one the most decorated minister... most decorated deals with quantity, not quality of awards ;-) Plus, we'd need a source claiming that he was the most decorated.---Balloonman NO! I'm Spartacus! 16:59, 19 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
