Notable for a single event[edit]

The current wording of this article suggests the subject person is only notable for a single event, his murder. When a person is the victim of a notable crime, general rule is to cover the event, not the person. The lead section of this article reads like it should be about the subject's murder, but the body of the article is presented like a biography. I have tagged this article as needing some clean-up, partly because I am confused about what this article is about. More and better citations might assist with clarifying the reasons for this person being notable. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 03:53, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
