– The footballer is sometimes referred to as "Mike Duff" in some sources which seems to make the redirect from Mike Duff to Michelle Duff misleading, particularly if any Swans fans want to search for Mike Duff and ends up at the wrong page. Iggy (Swan) (Contribs) 18:05, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect Mike Duff to the dabpage at Michael Duff. I don't see any reason to rename the other articles. Perhaps close and resubmit at WP:RFD. 162 etc. (talk) 18:31, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Seems like a more sensible option. The note recently inserted explains why the second page of my nomination has been modified to an instruction I definitely was not asking for so I am asking someone who is not involved at WT:Footy to close it as I've been involved here.
