It should be noted that Michael Kupperman is currently writing a comic serial, The Spoily Brats, that's appearing in the new paperback editions of A Series of Unfortunate Events. I'm not sure where to fit it in on the page, which is why I haven't done it myself (regardless of WP:BOLD). If somebody adds it, though, I could probably find a source. 81.158.7.240 15:24, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Primarily a list of achievements

[edit]

Much of this page is listing his bibliography and other works, and redundant descriptions of his content which would be better served as part of a different section. There are also some questionably evaluative statements, such as referring to his father as "the most famous of the 1940's Quiz Kids". The Recurring Characters section is not necessary, due to the simplistic descriptions - "Underpants-On-His-Head Man — A costumed crimefighter who wears underpants on his head". All this leads to an informal, positive tone, more like a puff piece than an encyclopedia entry.

Due to the number of repeated facts and the volume of detail in the opening paragraph and biography, I propose restructuring this article more formally.

My suggested changes would be:

  • Move most of the named works to a new Notable Works section
  • Remove extraneous details and repetitious references to works from the biography
  • Create a "Critical Reception" section and move relevant passages rk this section
  • Cut the recurring themes/characters to a few sentences and place them in the introduction. 2A02:C7F:B09F:D200:D4F7:26F6:6202:A783 (talk) 00:47, 18 January 2022 (UTC) fohfuu[reply]
