Article missing its central details[edit]

The article, as it stands now, says Lockhard is a "serial killer" and then lists only one murder (that of a police officer, in circumstances that would not meet the normal definition of serial killer). An early version of the article does list other victims, but is poorly referenced, so I'm not comfortable just adding that info back in. Also the whole arrest section doesn't say where (even what state) these events occurred - that earlier version says Beaumont, Texas, but cites a link that appears to be unresponsive. -- Finlay McWalter··–·Talk 21:37, 8 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
