Looking over this page I was unable to find much of anything to satisfy WP:GNG. I believe that a Pulitzer Prize winner would meet WP:ANYBIO based on the award but wanted to mention to whoever assess to see if they can take a closer look.
The author is notable solely because of his Pulitzer Prize win, which I thought satisfied WP:ANYBIO since it is a "well-known and significant award." I understand that one can meet that criterion and still be insufficiently notable; however, it seems that the vast majority of Pulitzer winners do get articles and his piece did instigate reform in the NCAA.
