Puff

[edit]

Even though the subject is notable, this article remains filled with PUFF and excessive material better suited to a CV. Many sections are burdened with undue weight and will need to be radically downsized. I'll have a bit of a go at it myself. Taroaldo (talk) 03:10, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

OK, made a bit of a dent in it there. That's all I have time for right now. I think the puff is down to a more manageable level. Taroaldo (talk) 03:48, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Helping this article

[edit]

My suggestion would be for editors to try discussing major changes to this article before making them. There has been so much undue weight given to elements of this article, and adding listings of countless trivial positions and such is not helping clear up the issue. Taroaldo 19:58, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Are you going to accept your own advice? You know very well who is adding the "countless trivial positions and such" to this article, and I'm sure you know how to reach that person. Good luck and cheers. AfricaTanz (talk) 21:47, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hello AfricaTanz. Since you reverted those unnecessary additions, my comment above was clearly not directed at you. Your tendency to attempt to bait other editors, even when they are supporting your position, is counterproductive. The reason I posted the comment here is because we should welcome input from any Wikipedia editor who wishes to work on this article. The point of this all is to improve the encyclopedia, not to run around chastising others on their talk pages. If the issue of these excessive additions persists, then, of course, I will discuss it with the editor on their talk page. I hope we can work constructively together. "Baiting" is not something I do. You really should stop being incivil. Cheers. AfricaTanz (talk) 01:11, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delinking UNESCO

[edit]

It was linked 8 times already in the article, maybe more. I left it in the lede, the info box, images, and the first appearance after the lede. Was there some reason to keep linking it? Thank you, --Malerooster (talk) 13:32, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Publication section

[edit]

Any thoughts on trimming this section? --Malerooster (talk) 13:36, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
