Request for reassessment

Hi, I've blanked the {WikiProject Ships} template on this talk page for reassessment, because I feel that my expansions of several paragraphs and restructuring of the information chronologically and using subheadings is enough for it to meet the "Structure" section of the bottom three criteria for C-class article. Request Re-re assessment

I transform bareurls to populated {{cite}} templates, and I put them in my preferred place - within the {{reflist}} template.

When a reference is already defined, using a {{cite}} template, and I think it needs more fields, or some other modification, I leave it wherever I found it, and in its original method.
