Search for Robert Duncan (NRC Chairman) did not locate Mike Duncan[edit]

When I searched for Robert Duncan the disambiguation page did not contain a link to the "Mike Duncan" page. I was able to locate the correct article only because I knew the person for which I was seeking is the chairman of the NRC (Republican National Committee) and found a link in that article.

I have added such a link to the Robert Duncan disambiguation page but also wonder if the name of this article should be changed to "Robert M. ("Mike") Duncan." He is referred to that way on the NRC web-site. The least that should be done is the bold name beginning the article could be changed. Does anyonone have an objection? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Arch wiki (talkcontribs) 20:27, 3 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Disagree on moving page to 'Robert M. ("Mike") Duncan. His RNC bio page lists him just as Mike Duncan. I think your adding him to the Robert Duncan DAB page is the correct solution --Cheakamus (talk) 21:04, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What's a civic capitalist[edit]

I don't believe the term is widely used. I've never heard of it. Perhaps the article should explain what it is or not use the term. My guess is that it's some sort of self serving title that Duncan cooked up to deal with the fact that he is a promoter of capitalist ideas while he is only associated with not for profit groups. But that is an uninformed guess. I am curious what the author of the term meant by it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Davefoc (talkcontribs) 23:10, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RNC Chairs[edit]

The article says he replaced Ken Mehlman but the party political offices box says Mel Martinez preceded him. Can someone clarify? 72.184.13.218 (talk) 04:47, 22 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New position as President and CEO[edit]

Hi,

First I want to disclose I have a WP:COI, so I will just be suggesting edits, and asking other editors to review and implement them if they are determined to be appropriate.

It was just announced Mike Duncan is the new President and CEO of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE). ACCCE is a client of my employer, which is why I have a WP:COI. I was wondering if someone could please update this article to reflect Mike Duncan's new position? Thanks. Namk48 (talk) 19:56, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Seems straightforward and factual, supported by the supplied citation. Done. DES (talk) 04:50, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The 'dead' link wasn't dead for me, so removed that tag. —ADavidB 12:08, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
