Edited
[edit]I've sourced this and cleaned it up. As I suspected, the subject of the article made extensive edits to it last year; I've removed much of the unverifiable discussion. Fences&Windows 23:12, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
Nice job, said the subject, but you mistakenly attributed one quote to me, and left out the key context for my "be boring" quote. The implication without the context was that I advised colleagues to be generally boring - a rather damaging assertion, professionally. In fact, the Brogan article you cite makes it very clear that I was cautioning colleagues to be be very careful in the specific and febrile atmosphere of a pre-general election purdah period. ∼∼∼∼ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mgranatt (talk • contribs) 16:00, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
Resignation
[edit]After reading about Mr Granatt's resignation here I came to Wikipedia to learn more, and I was disappointed to not find anything. Could it be someone has been at work again purging this bibliography of unflattering info? --Jra (talk) 15:52, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
