Involvement in Metallica

It has been said MI was on bass for the above band during 2002-2003, unfortunately I can't find any evidence for this... MonstaPro 20:13, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

Personal life

Mike is undoubtedly one of the worlds greatest bassists. This article looks good, except out of curiosity, does anyone know of mike inez's personal life (such as his hobbies, his family life, marital status, etc Just to complete the article a bit? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lostinsidemyworld (talk Lostinsidemyworld 14:41, 2 October 2007 (UTC)• contribs) 14:38, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Removing the phantom arm

Apparently all image questions go on the article page. Weird, but okay.

Anyways, would it be gauche to try and edit out the arm. The rock symbol is cool, but it looks less than professional. I know we can edit it legally, but I don't know if it's desirable here. — trlkly 12:01, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

Married?

I recently heard some whispers among peers that Mike Inez may be married. Does anyone know whether thats true or not?Lostinsidemyworld (talk) 15:52, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

Alice in Chains was great when Starr was there, but with Inez, it's like, what the check are you saying? So I've been trying to make a bio for the Chains and all its members, so far, I haven't started. O.O I need to start, but I've been busy with swim and volleyball. ANYWAY I will start it. Peace out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.103.148.246 (talk) 06:27, 29 June 2013 (UTC)

Assessment comment

The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Mike Inez/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

This article appears to be about a respectably valid topic. However, it does come accross as biassed in favor of the subject. The article could be cleaned up to appear more third-person. Much of the article appears to be in praise of the subject. Example: "In 1990, more than 50 musicians were auditioning for Ozzy Osbourne's group, and Inez won the spot of bassist. Within a month, Inez was playing live at a gig with Osbourne at Wembley Stadium" Could be read: "He began his career in 1990, when he joined Ozzy Osboure's group by winning an audition of over 50 musicians and was performing live with the band soon thereafter."
