The result of the move request was: Moved to Mike Ryan (soccer coach). Two supports for this, and it does seem to meet the naming conventions better. There is no evidence that he had any sort of career as a player, and there are no other coaches with this name. (non-admin closure) — Amakuru (talk) 12:34, 18 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Support per nom; the dialectal indicator does not disambiguate since they are all soccer subjects, thus does not help the reader who uses "soccer" in their dialect (ie. most English dialects, except European ones) -- 70.51.200.135 (talk) 06:46, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Opppose per WP:NCPDAB "Years of birth and death are not normally used as disambiguators (readers are more likely to be seeking this information than to already know it) although this may be necessary when there are multiple people with the same name and tag".
In this case, a handy alternative is available, because this man was a coach and Michael Ryan#Sports lists no other coaches. So Rename to Mike Ryan (soccer coach). --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 22:17, 6 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
