Mikhaylovsky TheatreMikhailovsky Theatre — The correct spelling is Mikhailovsky, as stated on their official website www.mikhailovsky.ru/en. Alexander Ark (talk) 12:44, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose We have a policy on the Romanisation of Russian which sets out that titles of disambiguation and name pages are always romanized using the default romanization. Example: the disambiguation page listing all the meanings of "Байкал" is to be located at Baykal (disambiguation), despite the fact that the most common English spelling of the primary meaning of the word (a lake in Russia) is "Baikal". Both Mikhaylovsky and Mikhailovsky appear to be in general use, and so the Romanisation policy comes into effect. Skinsmoke (talk) 02:00, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The name of this theatre has changed

[edit]

The name of this theater is now the Mussorgsky Opera Theatre and not the Mikhaylovsky Theatre. See the website: click here.

I suggest moving this article under the new name.Nrswanson (talk) 09:43, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Name has since reverted. Skinsmoke (talk) 02:01, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
