I'll expand the article when I'll have more spare time. --FlavrSavr 15:59, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I found http://www.rollingstone.com/reviews/movie/_/id/5947959 while searching for the magazine's review of Tennessee. +MATIA 16:57, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

It seems he is also a director of slovak films. +MATIA 18:11, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Actually I didn't find the info that he directed a slovak film, although I wouldn't be surprised if he did. He has directed dozens of short movies and they are usually co-productions. --FlavrSavr 00:15, 15 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

tennessee. +MATIA 18:28, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yup, I know about that... It is supposed to be a great video, in times when hip hop was not only about pimpin' and braggin' bout who ownz da 'hoes. I won a MTV award for best hip hop video in 1992, and it was featured in the Rolling Stones list of 100 top videos of all time. I am sad I wasn't able to find it nowhere on the web! --FlavrSavr 00:15, 15 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I'am adding more info about him, mostly gathered from here [1]. Something's bad with the script, so one must find the info manually browsing the site. --FlavrSavr 00:15, 15 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for all the information, it's appreciated. This article is formatted extremely poorly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.226.98.192 (talk) 12:57, 24 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm Milcho's assistant. Is there a way we can add some essays, and media press from his website to his wikipedia page — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davidklausner1 (talkcontribs) 20:05, 28 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This entire article looks like it was written by Manchevski's publicist... 24.177.120.5 (talk) 18:50, 3 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Whoa whoa stop!

[edit]

Nothing about this article is right! Nothing! Appears to be created by a string of IP and account socks, take a look at this SPA User talk:Ace di. As noted above, this article was so full of puffery, NPOV, and bragging that I had to delete 16K bytes. There is no biography of him, no a sources, too many bad links, etc etc. He may not even meet notability, (but I bet that he does). NUKE AND PAVE needs to be thrown into high gear, but not by me. Who accepted this article? They can fix it! L3X1 (distant write) 17:21, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It was started more than a decade ago, by me, as a stub. The standards back then were way lower than today (the Living persons biographies policy didn't exist, for example). I don't know who edited it afterwards, I'll try to improve it with adding more sources, but definitely he meets the notability guidelines. His film Before the Rain won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival as cited by one reliable source, imdb [2]. It was also nominated for an Academy Awards. Please at least remove the notability tag. --FlavrSavr (talk) 19:28, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
FlavrSavr Aha, I found out that subject's assistant David Klausner 1 has been running promo for him on this page and his films. I see know that Milcho is definitely notable, so I removed the PROD and the GNG notice. Thanks. L3X1 (distant write) 21:37, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Name change

[edit]

Please change the name from Milcho Manchevski, to Milčo Mančevski, because for the Macedonian letter "ч", you write č in English. Not "ch". I know it's like that in imdb but that's not the correct writing... Andrew012p (talk) 15:38, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
