Recreate page[edit]

I would like to recreate this page as a redirect to Margaret Thatcher (more specifically, Margaret Thatcher#Education Secretary (1970–1974)) where this is mentioned). It was recently deleted as an attack page, although the title is a well known nickname for the former British Prime Minister and stems from an incident which happened when she was Education Secretary during the early 1970s (see this article for example which is what brought me to search for the term). Keeping the page protected would keep the vandals away. I'll leave this message here for a few days, and if there's no objections then I'll recreate it. See also List of Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom by nickname where the term is mentioned and referenced. Cheers TheRetroGuy (talk) 13:29, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I deleted the redirect because it was a redirect to her article under a derogatory name, which had previously been deleted (twice). I had heard the name, but I thought it came about during her time at 10 Downing Street. When I didn't see a discussion of the name in that portion of her article, I deleted it. Since it *does* appear in the article (and is referenced), I no longer am opposed, but it should be redirected to the specific section of her article where the term is discussed: #REDIRECT Margaret Thatcher#Education Secretary (1970–1974). I am posting this reply on both the article talk page and my user talk page to make sure you see my response. Horologium (talk) 14:56, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No worries, thanks for responding. I think it does tend to be used as a derogatory nickname for her sometimes. She's one of those people who is revered and loathed in equal proportions, depending on one's political views. I may as well create the redirect now while I think about it.
