Feel free to expand upon this - I have only added brief details and a link for the 2009 stampede... Willdow (talk) 11:59, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

2009 Birmingham Millennium Point incident

[edit]

Perhaps this incident can be spun off into a new article. If there are no objections, I will do it. Epic Genius (talk) 20:24, 9 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like user:Millenniumpoint has sanitized the article of any mentions of (or links to) the stampede incident. I'm a Wikipedia newbie, so I'm not sure what the procedure is on this. I figured I'd raise to everyone's attention, with the hope that someone more knowledgeable than I am can take action. Keserian (talk) 00:56, 11 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I created a new separate article for the incident, and reinstated brief text for it here with a link, as well as the original version of the facade problems. However, given that there seems to have been some potential conflict of interest with the past edits by "Millennium", a more thorough combing through the edit history might be prudent to remove POV / promotional content and restore a more encyclopedic tone.
