editions
[edit]I'm trying to source some of the (many) unsourced statements in the essay; unfortunately, I don't have the fiftieth anniversary edition and I don't know if those page numbers have changed from the "standard" Princeton UP edition (I have the tenth printing of the first paperback edition in front of me). So I'll go and use that edition as a reference in the footnotes, though that might have different page numbers from the one listed in the bibliography. Your help in general, but esp. in sourcing this essay, is much appreciated. Drmies (talk) 15:10, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
In-line citations
[edit]This article is really a split from the main Auerbach article, which was almost completely unsourced, and I am well aware of its shortcomings. As always, your help is appreciated. Drmies (talk) 18:05, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
