Probably needs discussion of how Hijratwala has been publicly accused of fraud and attempting to capitalize on this issue to promote her pathetic writings. Really, try reading her stuff and ... well, if it weren't for identity politics, this fraud would be sweeping streets. Her career is based solely on being the 'voice' of 'oppressed' high caste Indian princesses and McMaster exposed her pathetic self. Who accused her of fraud? Why? What sources?
We already know that MacMaster accused her of infringing copyright by hosting the passages sent to her, and that she refused to take the passage down and asked people to circulate the passages. Also MacMaster emailed the NYT and asked for information regarding filing a libel suit against the author.
Other than MacMaster's accusations, I am not aware of any others.

WhisperToMe is not Minal Hajratwala, having more than 100,000 edits on a wide variety of topics. There is evidence that Joatsimeon is Tom MacMaster, Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Joatsimeon. I am no sockpuppet, myself, having been here for several years though I only have a hundred-odd edits; personally, I do not find Hijratwala's writings pathetic, and nor does the reviewer cited of her published book. However, I do not think the Tom MacMaster stuff is relevant to this article. Minal Hajratwala is a published author of some repute. Her involvement in the Amina hoax is relevant to the article on the hoax, but the hoax itself is so pathetic and unimportant that it should not be awarded undue weight here.
