Name

[edit]

Does anybody have any information as to why she chooses to go by 'Ming-Na' instead of 'Ming-Na Wen' in her professional life? - Rikoshi 22:33, 10 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Probably the same reason Jennifer López goes as "J-Lo". — Gulliver 12:16, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder why someone would strike out truthful information about her first marriage.

I changed the pinyin in the intro from nuó to nà, http://www.yellowbridge.com/chinese/charsearch.php?searchChinese=1&zi=%E5%A8%9C sez it can be pronounced both ways and clearly, nà is what she uses. 75.22.205.212 (talk) 21:44, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ming-Na was born in Macau?

[edit]

Can anybody give the source that told Ming-Na born in Macau? Also, I think Ming-Na is not "Macanese people", that means Eurasian people of descent of Portuguese.--HeiChon 18:01, 19 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have a November 2006 issue of Family Circle with her featured in an article on the last page; there's a photo of her with her daughter and it says Ming-Na was born in Macau. I think she's full Chinese. ― Sturr ★彡 Refill/lol 01:30, 20 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

she was once married to another man. she has no reference anywhere and it is often stiked out. why would someone lie like that about a marriage?

Picture

[edit]

I have solicited her through her official website for a photograph with the appropriate publishing rights. Let's hope my request goes through! DeeKenn 04:40, 22 April 2007 (UTC) or use this one already available http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:MingNa-ChunLi.jpg[reply]

I wish you would've signed your entry. That link is invalid and I have no way of contacting you for a correction. DeeKenn 02:43, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Move to full name

[edit]

According to this and this she's started using her last name again. So I was bold and moved the page to Ming-Na Wen. --DocNox (talk) 06:31, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Mister Rogers

[edit]

I'm going to add a "citation needed" tag to the chart line that says she appeared as a royal trumpeter on Mister Rogers Neighborhood, as the main article states her first TV role was on a soap opera. 68.146.70.124 (talk) 14:26, 23 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
