Department of State[edit]

The article mentions that "It was the last Ministry of the United Kingdom government not to be a Department of State", but Department of State links to the American Department of State, and it is not explained in the article. It looks like it refers to Departments of the United Kingdom Government, but as I am not sure I have not added the link, and also if this is correct it is unclear what MAFF was before that. —Snigbrook 20:32, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
