Incorporating Mint-Related Articles
[edit]I propose incorporating the two other short Mint Museum related articles (Mint Museum of Art and Mint Museum of Craft + Design) into subsections of this main article and redirecting those pages here. All are rated as stub-class and the combined article would be more comprehensive. I think each article / section would benefit from its association with the others. Am sending queries to the creators of each of the three articles. Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks.

Edit Undo Rationale
[edit]I have undone recent edits to Mint Museums to correct faulty formatting that rendered an error in how the stub article displayed. I have posted to editor's Talk Page explaining this and asking editor to please use the Show Preview button in the future to see changes before actually posting them and help prevent formatting errors from being displayed.
Also, the Mint Museum Uptown will not open until Fall 2010 so the content was in error. I have undone that edit and posted the reason to editor's talk page as well.
I have previously suggested that all Mint Museum pages be combined into one article and will follow on that later.
This article also needs reliable sources and additional content to take it beyond stub class.

Move Mint Museum of Art and Mint Museum of Craft + Design Talk Pages Here
[edit]I have copied content of the talk pages from the above-referenced articles here as part of the incorporation of all Mint Museum articles under one title. (See below.) --Contributingfactor (talk) 03:16, 10 May 2010 (UTC)

[edit]I have copied the talk page of the Mint Museum of Craft + Design below as the first step in combining the article under the Mint Musuem title and redirecting that article's page.

Content from Two Original Articles Moved to This Article
[edit]I have copied the text from Mint Museum of Art page and Mint Museum of Craft + Design into this main article as proposed above and for the reasons given above. Original articles were stubs without references before my revisions and expansions. Together, and with additional expansion, they now make a more comprehensive and accurate article. --Contributingfactor (talk) 04:09, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
