Needs review/marging[edit]

Why does this page exist? This name is nomen illegitimum as stated in the article. ----User:MCEllis 21:08, 10 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Because the Icacinaceae genus is not a nomen illegitimum. The article is conflating the illegitimate Poaceae genus described by Arn. & Nees with Miquelia Meisn. (and there's also an illegitimate Miquelia Blume in the Gesneriaceae). Plantdrew (talk) 07:55, 3 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
