Miracle Man/Miracleman[edit]

I vaguely remember a site that tried to get to the bottom of whether the 1980s renaming of Marvelman to Miracleman was a coincidence or was influenced by the existence of this character but honestly can't remember where it was or where it came down or even if it was reliable. I thought it might have been in one of the articles in Eclipse's first couple of Miracleman but it isn't, would love it if anyone can help with this as I feel it could potentially be an interesting addition to the page. Log[edit]

  • Moved into userspace by reviewer without discussion on talk page first. Attempted communication with said reviewer has not been able to provide a rational reason for this action.
  • Reworked with increased inline citations and general clean-up.
  • Mentioned in 4 notable and reliable sources.
  • Still very bio-orientated, would welcome tips on how to make this more workable given that Anthony Beevers is still holding out on releasing his book on the subject.
  • Wishlist would be better citations for the foreign runs, even though evident visual information can be found at current sources.
  • Comic Book + legally hosts expired stuff in the public domain, so the links seem as kosher as ones for the Internet Archive to me.
  • Still a lot of work to be done to get this one above stub/start but I feel it's worth the interest given the relationship to Marvelman, Miracleman and Mick Anglo.
