Shorten the title?

[edit]

Normally in American jurisprudence, articles for notable cases are shortened to a base of primary plaintiff v. primary defendant. I think this article's title ought to be shortened to Mmusi v Ramantele, to follow a similar format. --Kitch (Talk : Contrib) 16:44, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is this the same in Botswana jurisprudence? Without a source that refers to this case by your proposed new title, I'd be uncomfortable changing it. Khazar2 (talk) 17:13, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
