Are the actually hot pools at Moana? I think it is pretty unlikely and can't find reference to them elsewhere. Certainly none of the accommodation in the area seems to mention it, or any fishing guide book I have (which usually mentions such things as places for significant others to enjoy themselves whilst fishing takes place). I think there may be some confusion with somewhere else in New Zealand, Moana is a common enough name. I would have thought the main attraction of Moana was Lake Brunner and trout fishing.
