Buddhisum[edit]

Just out of interest, why is the cave of a christian saint decorated with Tibetan Buddhist prayer flags? -- David 19:41, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Good question. See Holy Isle, Firth of Clyde, the Island is owned by Tibetan Buddhists who value the islands sacred heritage.Billlion 09:26, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't it misleading to say that he was born in the late 6th century and then to list his death as 570? This seems to imply a very short life.

Date of Death[edit]

The date of death in the opening paragraph conflicts with the date of death in the inbox by about 60 years: ca. 700 vs. 639 AD. Any way to narrow this scope? ChancellorBen (talk) 21:47, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
