Sentence about the aunt

This sentence at the end of the Mexican section was a surprise: This receipt was not invented by the aunt of Mexican host Jordi Rosado.

Firstly, is there a typo – “recipe” rather than “receipt”. Secondly, why suddenly mention of someone’s aunt? And who is Jordi Rosado? Needs more explanation! 31.125.140.55 (talk) 11:30, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
