Fair use rationale for Image:Monica car.jpg

[edit]

Image:Monica car.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:53, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

David Coward

[edit]

MY UNCLE DESIGNED THE MONICA (DAVID COWARD) AND I FIRST SAW THE CAR IN 1974 AT THE LONDON MOTOR SHOW. I have in front of me the original sales brochure and fast car mag of 1974 detailing the introduction of the car. Sadly david coward (my uncle) has passed but it will be good to tell my cousins and aunt that there is still the odd car around and perhaps a fan base. pleas come back to me

monica sighting

[edit]

how many of these cars are still running? I took a picture of what I thought was an interesting-looking car as we came off the rotterdam>hull ferry on the morning of 16/11/2015, & it's taken me until now to get a positive identification. I wish I'd had chance to speak to the driver.

for some reason I can't post pics here, but if you're interested in seeing two iphone snaps of a car I can find no other pictures of on the internet, leave a note here.

What is the first book listed doing there?

[edit]

Why is the "Monica - edited by Emory Christer ISBN 978-6-134977-82-1" book allowed to be there? All the information I can find on that book is that it's a book that's written using Wikipedia as a source, seems redundant for it to be listed under the "Reading" epigraph Coscorrodrift (talk) 16:36, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
