Excessive use of quotations

Large parts of this article consist of quotes from other online articles. While occasional quoting of a well-turned phrase or expert opinion may be desirable, in general Wikipedia editors should write their own text, summarized from information in documents published with editorial oversight. I plan to rewrite some of this text in my own words and eliminate many of the quotes.—Anne Delong (talk) 23:43, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
