Plagiarism

[edit]

Like several other articles created or expanded by Dan arndt, this appears to include some pretty substantial plagiarism. Checking it with a duplicate detector, some lines are taken directly, or closely paraphrased from, here ([1])--Cúchullain t/c 20:58, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The two substantial texts are taken directly from the article in question however they are taken as direct quotes and are properly referenced. The other duplications relate to titles of comic strips, or titles of reference material none of which is 'plagarism'. Dan arndt (talk) 06:46, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like you've taken care of the issue, giving a proper cite for the quotes and rephrasing the one line in particular that was taken from the source. The article does need further citation, but the plagiarism problem has been dealt with. Well done.--Cúchullain t/c 13:27, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
