Location

[edit]

I added some information regarding the location of the Cemetery with its address and how to reach it from Mortara and Milan. I also added the names of the streets that connect it to Mortara and Milan. LIUC06reb (talk) 14:33, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Perfect, thank you! LIUC06ali (talk) 12:46, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Draft Review 15/11/21

[edit]
  • structure: the History section needs better sub-sections. The section on 1802 contains information related to 1846. Better to remove the specific dates from the section headers, and use: Origins; Morosetti's Project; Modern expansion, etc. There is a 100 year gap in the History section. Morosetti could have dates for birth/death, and a bit about who he was.checkY LIUC06ali (talk) 12:55, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Images: consider better format for the images in the text e.g. left and right justified around the relevant text. Try to locate the relevant image with the text that they relate to. Consider moving some images in to the History section to support the relevant text there. Try to get an acceptable image for some of the architects, and also historic images.checkY LIUC06ali (talk) 12:55, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Talk page: try to develop this with responses and discussion, and use it to check tasks off and discuss page development - not just post one-way comments e.g. there no responses to my earlier Draft Review 27/10/21 comments. Edit and tidy up the Talk page, with clear sections and responses/discussion.checkY LIUC06ali (talk) 12:55, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Draft Review 20/12/21

[edit]
  • you cannot use words like 'majestic', 'in harmony with', 'however', ' that also, in this case,', 'immortalized her',' busts stand out', etc.
  • the bus and car information in location should be removed, but the distances retainedcheckY
  • be consistent: is it 'cemetery' or 'Cemetery'? 'council' or 'Council'?checkY
  • remove duplicate links out e.g. to 'Milan'checkY
  • remove irrelevant links out e.g. heaven, biblical, allegory, etc.checkY
  • you link out once, where you first use the linked text - see World War IcheckY
  • Pirovano's original drawings: a couple of these could be left and right justified around the text on him, and the others used earlier with the text on his project. They don't need a separate sub-sectioncheckY LIUC06ali (talk) 12:45, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Panoramic view of the cemetery' is a subsection heading and needs to go above the imagecheckY
  • I think you have too many images, but may be wrong. You can move some from the bottom to support the relevant earlier text sections e.g. move a couple of the family graves images to that text section; move examples of the building to the sections on the projects/architects, etc.Limelightangel (talk) 10:12, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the help! LIUC06ali (talk) 13:03, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
