Village of Claude and other confusion[edit]

I removed the following text:

"In 1905, Will Russell was instrumental in the establishment of a local post office. He named it "Claude" after his daughter, Sallie Claude Russell. As a result, the local community became known as the "Village of Claude"."

First off, it's unsourced (but so a lot of the article). The thing is, there are 3 towns in Mississippi with the name Morgantown, and it appears there is some overlap (just type in "Morgantown" in the search bar, and a list will appear that shows all three). The problem is, there are not any really good sources, and the sources that are available, appear to just mirror the Wikipedia article, so it's a chicken-or-the-egg type of conundrum.

I left the stuff about the Lenoir family, even though most of it is unsourced, because some of it is backed-up by, what appears to be, a fairly well maintained historical website about Marion County (hopefully the webmaster didn't get all her info from Wikipedia). So, I added that as a reference where appropriate, and put in some "citation needed" tags for the other stuff.

Thing is, much of it "rings" true, if somewhat anecdotal, and I wonder if someone out there has a historical document that can refer back to about the original Morgans and re-naming of the town, etc.? Naming of the town and date[edit]

I also removed this line:

"On February 27, 1915, the name of the post office and community was changed to Morgantown." I hated to do this, as it's a pretty critical part of info about a community, when it was named. The thing is, this bit of information (same date, same bit about the post office) 'also appeared in the Morgantown, Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, so until we can find a source for which town this bit of history belongs to, I don't think it should be in the article.
