Podmoskovye[edit]

He he, Ëzhiki, you live far far away and don't hear so important news. Here is the confirmation of my words. — Svetko 23:54, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, I can't believe I could miss something like that! I stand corrected. Thanks much for the link!—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 14:01, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Marl[edit]

Whats with the picture of Israel in the section discussing minerals? It should be removed since the picture really does not contribute to the artilce, and will confuse the casual reader, since it more clearly depicts a landscape in the desert, than a mineral. After all, this is an article pertaining to the Moscow region. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.19.67.130 (talk) 21:34, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Removed, thanks. 23:23, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

flag & coat of arms[edit]

I rashly changed "Moscow Oblast" to "Moscow". I don't know whether that is correct for flag & coat of arms, but there are no articles describing the flag & coat of arms of Moscow Oblast. If I'm wrong, someone should create those articles, and point out the differences. TomS TDotO (talk) 17:06, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've restored the red links. Moscow and Moscow Oblast have different sets of symbols. Having red links is not a problem. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); March 2, 2015; 13:10 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Moscow Oblast[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Moscow Oblast's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "2021Census":

  • From Altai Republic: "Оценка численности постоянного населения по субъектам Российской Федерации". Federal State Statistics Service. Retrieved 1 September 2022.
  • From Moscow: "Оценка численности постоянного населения по субъектам Российской Федерации". Federal State Statistics Service. Retrieved 1 September 2022.
  • From Bryansk Oblast: Russian Federal State Statistics Service. Всероссийская перепись населения 2020 года. Том 1 [2020 All-Russian Population Census, vol. 1] (XLS) (in Russian). Federal State Statistics Service.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 03:44, 17 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
