He is the cheif Rabbi. Rabbi Yaakov Blaich as respected as he is, is not considered to be the chief rabbi of Ukraine. This is a bit of a controversial topic because Rabbi Azman isn't recognized by Chabad, but that doesnt change the facts. 151.82.231.96 (talk) 11:58, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
