Can the point of this article be explained? It seems to only mention the 1891/30 as a sniper rifle, but it was in fact the standard issue weapon to Soviet infantry after 1930. All this and more is explained in the main article for the Mosin-Nagant. Perhaps the unique information included in this article would be better suited there. Zytsef 21:07, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
