Spelling[edit]

I believe this spelling is incorrect. The correct spelling does not have the first hyphen - it should be: "Mt Kuring-gai" For reference, see the cityrail web pages (www.cityrail.info)

I agree; moved to follow CityRail naming convention on this one; this also agrees with the suburb stub for Mount Kuring-Gai, New South Wales. ("Ku-ring-gai" was the original hyphenation, and is still used for the name of the local council and national park, however "Kuring-gai" is now preferred.) Also expanded 'Mount' also for CityRail conventions - see Talk:List of Sydney railway stations. -Spiky Sharkie 13:04, 7 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Assertion[edit]

It is a widely unknown fact that Mt Kuring-gai Station is the highest point in the suburb, as well as the city of Sydney itself. Anyone got a reference for this - it stays out until someone does. (JROBBO 12:49, 6 August 2006 (UTC))[reply]
