As nice as that top photo is, that's not the angle on downtown that you get from Mt. Washington. That photo had to be taken at least in Duquesne Heights. You can't get a photo of the Allegheny River side of Point State Park from any public part of Mt. Washington. It seems very likely that the photo belongs in another article. Splitting into two articles[edit]
