As a Dryden play, I think it qualifies on notability, if only because its his least successful play, coming right after his most successful (All for Love).

Needs more work on why it failed and should be set in the political context of the time eg Shaftesbury, Dryden's own Catholicism and the marriage of Mary to William of Orange etc.
