Some new information has been added to this article, under the title of "election" and I would like to know its relevance, but more importantly where you got it from. There are no citations connected to it, and the reference to his violent kiddnapping and torture destroy the neutrality of the article, while giving no opinion from the other side. I would like to include the fact that I beleive Emmanuel Chiroto is the current deputy mayor, according to several of the sources I have used.

As there are no references whatsoever, this is subject for deletion unless the editor includes these citations.--HandGrenadePins (talk) 15:13, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
