Part about exposed terminal incorrect?[edit]

I agree that MACAW does not solve the exposed terminal problem, but it seems like the problem that is being described in this section isn't actually the exposed terminal problem. An example of the exposed problem is when it is actually acceptable for some node to send because it doesn't realize the node that is currently receiving is out of its Tx range.
