Moorcock's definition of multiverse

[edit]

Copyrighted in 1977, Michael Moorcock's "A Messiah for All Time" (aka The Transformation of Miss Mavis Ming) has a definition of multiverse in Chapter One (essentially a forward by Moorcock): "...the "chronoflow", visiting periods of the past and future of this Earth as well as those of other Earths which...coexist with ours in a complex system of intersecting dimensions making up something called the "multiverse."
