Elisabeth Mandala lived in the Houston city limits[edit]

I checked the location of Elisabeth Mandala's horse ranch residence. Even though it has a Sugar Land, Texas mailing address, is in the Houston city limits. A Houston Chronicle article identified the street name and block. I want the article to reflect accurate locations, so I stated she lived in Houston. It is necessary to point to the street name, block, and city of Houston map to prove she lived in Houston, not Sugar Land.
