"Allegedly"[edit]

Thanks to everyone who has been editing my page. I wrote this Wiki page but and I appreciate your insight!

Someone deleted some of the information I had about Golsby's criminal history because it was "irrelevant" and "subjective." While I appreciate their insight, I am putting this information back.

1. Rape of 5 and 6 year olds

I added this part back but instead of writing "Golsby raped 5 year old boys and 6 year old girls" I wrote that a report by the Ohio Department of Youth Services says he committed these crimes.

2. November 2010 abduction a of woman and child

This information is highly irrelevant because it is the crime Golsby served 6 years in prison for before being released and murdering Tokes months later. This is the crime he was in prison for when he committed 52 infractions and the crime he was on parole for when he murdered Tokes. Golsby committed this crime, but the victim refused to testify because she was scared of him. So he plead down. I changed the wording so that when talking about the crimes he did not plead guilty to, including orally raping the woman and threatening the child's life, it says "police say he did these things" instead of "Golsby committed these crimes."

3. 10:18 Rape of Reagan Tokes

Someone changed this to say that Golsby allegedly raped her during this time. I changed this because the rape is not alleged. Golsby was convicted of raping her and there is a significant amount of evidence to show he did, mainly the rape kit preformed on her body which had his semen in it.

4. Golsby murders Tokes to prevent her from reporting his crimes

Someone said that Golsby allegedly killed Tokes to prevent her from telling others about the crimes he committed against her. Golsby was convicted of committing murder for the purpose of escaping detection, specifically, he was convicted of murdering Tokes to prevent her from telling others about the crimes he committed against her and getting him put back in prison.

If anyone has any more recommendations or any comments, lets discuss them here.

Race[edit]

Someone added that the race of the killer to the lead section. I took this out because the source proceeding the mention of his race didn't say so.
