Fair use rationale for Image:Mutations.jpg
Image:Mutations.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Who are the artists of the art works shown on the inlay? I remember some peculiar pieces there being shown. Names must be on the inlay as well, but I can't find these on the internet. Genre addition
I have noticed that various reviews/articles on Mutations describe it as having psychedelic qualities (For one example, Allmusic´s page describes the album´s music as being "halfway between psychedelic country blues and lo-fi folk" with a "trippy feel" and also mentions the "psychedelic layers," as well as "psych" and "folk," inherent in the music. For another, NME also uses the term "acid rock" --a term often used synonymously with psychedelic music-- to describe the album´s sound). Various instruments used in the album are included in Wikipedia´s "psychedelic rock" page as commonly used in the genre, such as sitars and harpsichords, as well as spacey or "trippy" effects. One of the album´s singles, "Nobody´s Fault But My Own," is listed as "psychedelic rock" on Wikipedia. As such, I think it would be appropriate to add a genre to the article that recognizes these qualities, such as "psychedelic folk," in addition to to the present genres listed, in order to more completely and accurately describe the album.
