Confusion[edit]

There is some canji in the Japanese name of that ridge, which is not strongly pronounced, but can be transliterated as "jin" or "gin". I suggest to rename the article to Myoujinyama or Mouginyama.

It is important, because there exist another mount, Miouyama, http://nippon-kichi.jp/article_list.do;jsessionid=75BA658E9D2D244DE9A37168F7DE86F8?p=845&ml_lang=en http://nippon-kichi.jp/article_list.do;jsessionid=75BA658E9D2D244DE9A37168F7DE86F8?p=845&ml_lang=jp and this may cause confusions.

The name "Myouyama" is also in use; this should be menitoner in the article. http://zh.treklens.com/gallery/Asia/Japan/photo382977.htm

Which is better as the main name, Myoujinyama or Myoujinyama  ?

Please provide the kanji for the name of this mountain. That will help us figure out the best title for the article. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 15:59, 9 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
