The Firm

[edit]

Wasn't Noreaga part of the album "the Firm" ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by LordFRZA (talkcontribs) 2006-07-28

According to All Music Guide he appeared on the track "I'm Leaving". [1] Tim Ivorson 2006-07-29

Catchphrases

[edit]

I'm sorry but the section on catchphrases made no sense to me, so I removed it:

N.O.R.E. has several of his own catchphrases, including "figga deal me", "what what", "SLIME", "it's nothing" and "Iraq". He also has his own anthem with Bloody Money parts 1-3.

"Iraq" is a catchphrase? Huh? Tallbuildings 19:09, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

IRAK is what C-N-N called their project, which was actually called LeFrak. NORE has a lot of slang though-- I believe he popularized "what what" and the lesser known "the jump off jumped off."

Record sales

[edit]

N.O.R.E.'s record sales are very infl,,ò klm kl mated. I do not think he sold 2.3 million copies for his first and definitely not 700,000 for his last album, that album didn't even chart. Vdfebduderocks 18:15, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Label Unconfirmed

[edit]

N.O.R.E.'s new label has NOT been announced, so why is there Grand Hustle and Inc provided? I'm removing it. J Anyaoha 03:40, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not Afro-Puerto Rican

[edit]

N.O.R.E. is not Afro-Puerto Rican. Afro-Puerto Ricans are persons whose African ancestry in the African diaspora is from Puerto Rico, much like an Afro-Cuban is a black person from Cuba, and an Afro-Trinidadian is a black person from Trinidad. Afro-Puerto Ricans are NOT the children of African-Americans and their non-black Puerto Rican spouses. The key is that the person is of BLACK PUERTO RICAN descent. Please see the pages on Sylvia del Villard, Rafael Cepeda and Roberto Roena for examples of Afro-Puerto Ricans. I have edited the page to correct this inaccuracy (yet again). --Noopinonada (talk) 03:21, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 11 June 2018

Add a new "Video games" section with:

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. L293D ( • ) 01:59, 11 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The user was requesting an edit to add a "Video games" section, but copied the markup so it appeared like a different section here on the talk page. I have adjusted the markup accordingly. @Spydakev: I would make the edit for you, but the issue here is you are missing references. If you can produce some links that show N.O.R.E was in these video games, we can make these changes. MusikAnimal talk 22:28, 15 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Daily News as source

[edit]

I realize it's reputable it's just not available in all anglophone countries let alone the rest of the world without a vpn. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.144.170.212 (talk) 13:10, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This is about an American topic so most of the sources would be American. If you have others to suggest that cover the info we can add them as additional citations. But if you desperately want to find a way to read the article that is cited, I'm sure you can figure out a way around it. Otherwise there is no actionable edit suggestion here unless you have sources you'd like to add. JesseRafe (talk) 13:43, 9 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
