Comparison witht UPnP needed

As I understand it, UPnP is poorly thought through, and fundamentally insecure. Since Apple prefers reinventing the wheel to promoting interoperability, it introduced NAT-PMP to effectively replace UPnP in its AirPort router and MacOS computers. — voidxor 23:21, 30 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
