Estimated first launch date

The estimated first launch date of 2013 is incorrect. According to IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING, VOL. 44, NO. 3, MARCH 2006

http://www.nrl.navy.mil/WindSat/pdfs/TGRS06_WindSat_Li.pdf, 2009 is the first estimated launch date.

See page 530, column 2
