News to incorporate[edit]

This is an interesting article, which I feel would be something cool to add. I don't know how to incorporate it into the article, so I'm hoping someone would take the initiative on the matter. [1]--Hourick (talk) 16:21, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • It is: Stewart, Richard and David Barron. "Reliant Stadium gets makeover for March Madness." Houston Chronicle. Monday March 24, 2008. WhisperToMe (talk) 10:56, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Remove Hurricane Ike paragraph?[edit]

This is just news. In the big picture, a few delayed games does not really belong in an encyclopedia. However, good work in writing it! Let's remove it. People can read the Houston Chronicle for the latest news and game schedule. Spevw (talk) 23:31, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Strong Keep Its a notable historic event and the fact that the stadium had part of the roof blown off seems to pass those standards along with the sources that pass it. Its the same way with the Louisiana Superdome which actually suffered even worse damage a few years ago and Kemper Arena when it had its roof collapse years ago. Anyway its not everyday that a Stadium gets parts of it roof blown off. Anyway be sure to read WP:UNENCYCLOPEDIC as I fell that its just Unencylopedic is not really a valid reason for deletion. External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on NRG Stadium. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Orphaned references in NRG Stadium[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of NRG Stadium's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Attendance":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 10:59, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Howdy Modi[edit]

There is no detail on the "Howdy Modi" event which featured not just Indian leader Narendra Modi but also President Donald J. Trump. This unprecedented event obviously deserves to be covered here and in its own article. Also, the listed attendance record for the venue is for a March 2019 Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, even though Trump's appearance was more recent. The listed attendance record can be accurate only if Trump somehow failed to shatter the venue's existing attendance record. Timothy Horrigan (talk) 00:50, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
