@Apaugasma: Let me know if you need me to check anything for you re Dixon '69. I added most of the material here before I had full access to Dixon '71. (Note: though you probably already realized this, '69 was the unpublished thesis which was published as a book in '71.) --Al Ameer (talk) 16:01, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You might want to check Dixon 1969 p. 298 for Najda's date of birth as 655, but I strongly suspect that Dixon 1969 p. 298 is just the same as Dixon 1971 p. 170 (PhD dissertations are generally written using double line spacing, which may explain why Dixon 1969 –according to Worldcat– has 375 pages while Dixon 1971 only has 222 pages). Dixon 1971 p. 170 reads Najda was by this time (66/685) only thirty years old. A mistake here would be odd, and it seems much more probable to me that Mrknb8113's edit was just a sorry attempt at vandalism. It's nothing too important though; I was just patrolling. The best thing about this is probably that future editors of this page know whom to contact if they should have questions about Dixon 1969. ☿ Apaugasma (talk☉) 16:28, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
